Staff provided outstanding service, from assisting with dinner options to preparing vegetarian meals. However, communication could be a bit challenging as we primarily spoke English, and the reception sometimes defaulted to Mandarin. The scenic access via the nearby trail was fantastic, yet we experienced slightly crowded areas during peak times.

I loved the amazing access to Alishan Shenmu Area and the stunning Alishan Museum, making my weekend exploring this beautiful national park incredibly delightful. plus, the shuttle bus made it easy to head to nearby attractions without hassle, definitely enhancing my experience.
